Affliction Warlock Buffs and Pet

Ok so now your a dotting afflock and you want to know which buffs and pet aka demon to use Let's start preparing for a fight and take a quick look at that.

Buffs

To keep this short the armor an affliction warlock wants to use is Fel Armor. It increases your spellpower and heals you when you do single target damage. Next thing we want to think about is turning Soul Link on, this will transfer an ammount of the damage you take to your active demon.

Last but not least we have Dark Intent, this spell we put on a friendly player. As you can see you and that player will both benefit from this spell. Question you will be asking now is "Who should I give Dark Intent?" Easy answer is a class that has DOTS. Long answer is the following: For a start consider who in your group will need the buff. Wow is about teamwork so ask around...maybe some healer really needs the haste. If nobody is in desperate need of the buff (you will see if you ask everybody will be in need and ppl will try to bribe or pay you for it) there is a quick list that can help you to get most out of it yourself.

Best healers ot put it on will be:
  1. Restoration Druid
  2. Holy Priest
  3. Restoration Shaman
Best DPS to put it on will be:
  1. Shadow Priest
  2. A Dps-ing Druid
  3. Any other class that works with Dots.
Basically just go with the person who offers you the most gold :) <--(that was a joke)

Affliction Warlock Cataclysm Talents and Glyphs

Welcome to my basic talent/glyph guide on picking a good spec for your affliction warlock aka the afflock. I also PVP alot with my afflock but in this post I will talk about the PVE spec.
For people who don't know this, playing an afflock is all about the dots and more dots!

Enhancement Shaman Buffs and Totems

Next I wanna talk about your buffs and how to use them. Again I'm not going to spam your mind with too much information. I want to keep things clear and easy to use.

Weapon buffs and shield

Ok the first 3 things we think about before we start dps-ing are the weapon buffs and of course your shield. As enhancement shaman your want to use the following weapon buffs and shield for PVE:
  • Main Hand: Windfury weapon, This is a nature damage attack that has a 20% change to trigger 3 extra attacks with bonus attack power
  • Off Hand: Flametongue weapon, This spell does fire damage and increases your spell power
  • Lightning Shield, This will do instant nature damage when you get hit
Totems

Enhancement Shaman Cataclysm Talents and Glyphs

Since I been playing an enhancement shaman for a long time I hope I can give a nice short guide for the just dinged 85 shaman and picking your talents. I want it to be pretty clear and easy so I wont go to deep into things. Maybe in later posts I'll spend more time on certain talents/spells/glyphs.
